2005 Volkswagen Passat GLS review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car? One of the engine coils became defective around 25,000 miles. This caused the car to cough and shudder on the highway, and felt like it was going to stall at any moment at city speeds. With the coil failure, it was running on 3 out of 4 cylinders.

Question by CB C: Can I get a lawsuit for giving bad review about a car dealer that lied to me?
I was cheated at an auto dealership and gave them bad reviews online and emailed their manager telling him that they are all liars, and unwilling to help customers to their satisfaction, etc etc. Can they get me for slander and take me to court when all Im doing is speaking my mind
?

Answer by TJTB
No they can’t sue you (I guess they can try, but it will be dismissed). And if they threaten you, then YOU can take them to court for harrasment.
You have the right to review them negatively if they didn’t provide good service to you.
edit: To the thumbs down genius: I have a law degree. Let’s debate tort law on slander. BTW, if you don’t agree and know better, then where is YOUR answer to her question? Can’t wait to hear your version of the law. We’re ALL ears…
